This website should serve as a study guide for the IOC. It includes some example questions that our teachers could ask along with some analysis for each of the poems we read, for Dubliners, and for Hamlet. Hopefully, this website will help when reviewing the literary works.
Here are some basic tips to remember when giving your IOC:
> make sure that you do most of the speaking
> use lots of evidence
> limit the uses of "um"
> don't speak too quickly
> don't forget to really analyse
>remember the teacher isn't there to "catch" you. They just want you to do your best!
